Cottage by the Sea is nestled on private, ocean front lot, just off route 1. We will begin our 8th season, each season bringing wonderful guests from over the world.
We are just minutes from Acadia National park, Bar Harbor and Schoodic Ppint.
Each of our rooms has a private bath, satelite TV, spa quality bath products, bottled water, iron and ironing board, and blow dryer.
Start your day with local papers, coffee and a gourmet breakfast. We will be happy to help you plan your day.
There are wonderful places to eat and area seafood, including lobster is abundant.
We will be happy to make reservations for you or steer you in the right direction.
Lots of activities are available including whale watching, boating, climbing, hicking, kayaking, bikeing, bird watching, antiquing, shopping ,wine tasting, golfing and fine dining to mention a few.
We now have high speed wireless internet. It has been a long time comming and a battle but so worth it!
